#5 - Ombre Gel Brush

• Be sure to "prime" your brush by running a clear, soakable gel (like LUXA Gloss) over the bristles in the direction they should lay. This prevents gel color from settling too deep within the bristles, and can help your brush maintain its shape.
• Important: Between uses, store capped out of any direct or indirect sunlight.
• When possible, avoid using alcohol or acetone on your brush, as these may dry out the bristles.
• After use, wipe and reshape the brush with a lint free wipe.

Fix a hardened brush tip:

1. Soak the brush tip in alcohol just until the bristles become flexible (about two minutes).
2. Use a clear, soakable gel to gently reshape the bristles.

Fix bent/frayed bristles with water:

1. Run the brush under super hot water, for at least 15 seconds.
2. Mold the bristles straight, and allow to dry.

Fix bent/frayed bristles with gel:

1. Run clear, soakable gel over the bristles in the direction they should lay.
2. Wipe any excess, re-molding as you go.
