Return & Refund Policy

Order Issues: In the rare event that you experienced an issue with your order, such as a missing item, item damaged in transit, or a defective item, please fill out the Order Issues Form and we will get that resolved for you! For a standard return, please reference the information on this page.

Our Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a return:

  • You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be new and unopened. If you opened or used your product, it is not eligible for return. Most of our products are considered "cosmetics" (ie. gels, glitters, chromes and flakes). For safety and health reasons, any cosmetic product that is returned to us for any reason is never restocked.
  • We only accept returns that have been purchased through luxapolish.com.
  • Items marked Final Sale and Black Friday Orders are final sale.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Any refunds are given in the form of a Luxapolish Gift Card. Your original form of payment cannot be refunded.
  • Return shipping and processing fees in the U.S. are $5.95 -$12.95 per shipment, based on weight.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returned Electronics have a 25% restocking fee.
  • If you paid for your order with a gift card, the total minus shipping will be credited back to the gift card.
  • If you'd like to exchange a product, you'll need to complete the returns process then place a new order for the item you want.
  • For health and safety concerns, product returned to us for any reason is not restocked.
