What are the days and times of the BF sale?
LUXA's Black Friday sale will begin Wednesday, November 27th, at 6pm PST and end on Monday, December 2nd, at 11:59pm PST. Please see the table below for start and end times in your time zone.

Is there Free Shipping?
Absolutely! Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $149 (before taxes and after discounts)—including Hawaii and Alaska! For orders under $149, shipping rates will be based on weight and location.
With the holiday season in full swing and high order volumes, shipping times may be a bit longer than usual. For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping at checkout!
How do I get the Free Gift?
Spend $129 or more (after Black Friday code is applied, and before taxes and shipping costs) and receive a free gift! The prompt to choose your gift will appear during checkout once the cart threshold has been reached. Code applies automatically.
How long will it take for me to receive my order during the BF event?
This holiday season, our team is working hard to ensure every order is accurate and shipped as quickly as possible!
With the high order volume, please allow 5 to 7 days for order processing with Standard Shipping, plus shipping time. Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available at checkout!
Keep in mind that carriers like FedEx and USPS are extra busy right now. Once shipped, orders may take 7–15 business days to arrive, and overseas deliveries may take 10–30 days.

How can I receive my order faster?
You can speed things up with Expedited Shipping, which shortens the processing time from 5–7 days to just 1–2 days! Simply select Expedited Shipping at checkout.
What are customs duties, and am I responsible for paying them?
These fees are taxes on goods when they're transported across international borders, and each country has its own customs rules. As the buyer, you're responsible for any payment due to the shipping carrier before your shipment can be delivered.
Can I return or exchange items that I purchased during BF?
All items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are final sale, so we’re unable to process returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please fill out the form here.
Does the Wishlist or Cart reserve my products?
No, products aren’t reserved in your Wishlist or Cart without placing an order. To get ready for the sale, we recommend creating your Wishlist ahead of time and adding items to your cart by Wednesday so you can check out quickly when the sale begins!
Are there Rain Checks for out-of-stock items on BF?
No, rain checks aren’t available for sold-out items during our Black Friday sale. Our most popular items go quickly, so we recommend shopping early to snag your favorites!
Is anything excluded from the sale?
Gift Cards are excluded from BF sale pricing.
Can I use two discount codes at the same time?
No, only one discount code can be used per order. The Black Friday discount code cannot be combined with any other discounts, including Loyalty $-OFF coupons.
Can I spend my Loyalty Points during the Black Friday Sale?
Yes, you can still redeem loyalty points for free rewards during the sale! However, you cannot redeem Loyalty $-OFF coupons.
Can I change or modify my order on BF?
During our Black Friday event, we’re unable to make any modifications to orders due to the high volume of sales. If you’d like to add an item, please place a new order.
Before submitting your order, double-check that the following details are correct:

- Items in your cart
- Quantity of each item in your cart
- Method of Payment
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can’t be modified, but if your order hasn’t been processed yet, it may be eligible for cancellation. To request a cancellation, please email info@luxapolish.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
I just ordered products the other day. Will you honor the BF sale price on those items?
Orders placed before the sale cannot be adjusted to the Black Friday price. To keep things fair for all customers, sale pricing only applies to orders placed during the sale event.
Are you having a sale on Cyber Monday?
Yes! Our Black Friday sale continues through Cyber Monday, but there won’t be an additional sale specifically for Cyber Monday.
