Shipping and Processing Times
Shipping time depends on where you are and which shipping method you chose. Orders processed here will generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Shipping arrival times are estimates as provided by the carrier, and are based on shipping location. Once LuxaPolish has fulfilled an order using the selected shipping method, we are no longer able to control its arrival date.
No matter which shipping method you choose, there is always a 1-2 business day processing window — this means if you choose FedEx 2 Day shipping, you should still plan for about two extra business days before your package goes out the door. Because of the crazy amount of action our warehouse gets, we need that time to make sure every order is perfect! Please note that processing times vary and may be higher during the holiday season.
PLEASE NOTE: If any part of your order contains a backordered item, your parcel will not ship until the backordered item is back in stock. This policy significantly reduces our eco-footprint.

Shipping Delays
If there are any delays in the shipping or delivery of your order, please contact the carrier regarding a resolution.
International Orders
Shipping for international orders may take 1–4 weeks for arrival based on location and shipping method chosen.
Customs Duties
These fees are taxes due on goods when transported across international borders, and each country has its own customs rules and guidelines. You, the buyer, are responsible for any applicable payment before shipment can be delivered.
USPS Shipments
Once your package leaves the US and enters your country, USPS then transfers the package to your local mail service. You then can go to your local mail services website and use the tracking number (sent to the email you provided during checkout) to check the progress of your shipment.
Refunds and Returns
Order Issues
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please fill out our Order Issue Form within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Pictures of damaged/defective items in the original packaging, shipping box/envelope and the packing slip will be required in order to find a resolution. Return shipping of damaged or defective items may be required.
