Report a Lost Package
Please remember that all carriers, such as FedEx and the USPS, are overloaded this time of year. Once orders have been fulfilled by our warehouse, they may take 7-15 business days to arrive at your door. Overseas deliveries may take anywhere from 10-30 days. Please check the current status of your shipment using the tracking number sent via email when your order was shipped.
In order for us to file a lost package claim, there must be no activity on the tracking number for 7 days (US) or 14 days (International).
If your package says delivered but it was not, please wait 5 days (US) or 7 days (International) from the delivery date. Sometimes packages are mistakenly scanned before being delivered.
If you are certain your package is lost, please submit a report below so we can look into this further for you!
Please note that lost package reports must be submitted within 30 days of no tracking activity or 30 days from the marked delivery date (in cases of non-receipt), after the aforementioned periods. Reports submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation.
