- Shipping arrival times are estimates. Please add 2 business days to the estimated shipping arrival to allow for processing.
- All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours Monday - Friday excluding weekends and major holidays.
- Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, location and shipping method chosen. Note: USPS First Class does not include insurance.
- Correct shipping information is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event the wrong shipping address is entered, immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If your item has already been shipped, additional shipping fees apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.
- U.S. orders, Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 2 - 6 business days after tracking email is sent. Tracking number will be sent to the email provided during the checkout process. If there are any delays due to the USPS or FedEx, please contact them to get a resolution. If you'd like to have your order shipped a different method, please contact email@example.com for shipping quote before placing your order.
- For International orders, the buyer will be responsible for any customs/duty fees that may occur. Shipping for international orders may take 1–4 weeks for arrival based on location and shipping method chosen. If there are any delays due to the USPS or FedEx please contact them to get a resolution. - USPS shipments: Once your package leaves the US and enters your country, USPS then transfers the package to your local mail service. You then can go to your local mail services website and use the tracking number (sent to the email you provided during checkout) to check the progress of your shipment. If any custom or duty fees occur, you will need to go to your local post office and pick up your package.
- For damaged or defective items, contact Luxapolish at email@example.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Pictures of damaged/defective items in the original packaging, shipping box/envelope and the packing slip will be required before a replacement is sent. Return shipping of damaged or defective items may be required.
- Return Policy: Due the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are given.
