Do I have to enter a discount code to get my BF discount?

Early Access customers WILL have to enter the EARLYBF23 code at checkout to get Black Friday Pricing. During the main sale after early access, the Black Friday code (LUXABF23) will be applied automatically!

 

What are the days and times of the BF sale?  

LUXA's Black Friday sale will begin Wednesday, November 22nd, at 6pm PST and end on Monday, November 27th, at 11:59pm PST. Please see the table below for start and end times in your time zone.

Is there Free Shipping?

Yes! Orders over $99 (before taxes and after discounts) inside the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska will qualify for Free Shipping. For all other orders and orders below $99, shipping rates will be calculated based on weight and location. No expedited shipping is offered at this time. Due to huge order volumes and the start of the holiday season, please expect longer than normal shipping times. 

 

What are customs duties, and am I responsible for paying them?

These fees are taxes due on goods when transported across international borders. Each country has its own customs rules and guidelines. You, the buyer, are responsible for any applicable payment to the shipping carrier before the shipment can be delivered.

 

Can I return or exchange items that I purchased during BF?

No returns or exchanges. All items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are Final Sale only. If you experience an order issue, fill out this form here.

 

Does the Wishlist or Cart reserve my products?

No, there is no way to reserve products without placing an order. We recommend creating your Wishlist BEFORE the sale begins. Add the products you'd like to purchase to your cart by Wednesday so that you're ready to check out when the sale starts.

 

Are there Rain Checks for out-of-stock items on BF?

No. Rain Checks are not available for any sold-out items in our store. Our most popular items will sell out fast, so make sure to get your shopping done early. 

 

Is anything excluded from the sale?

Gift Cards, clothing, and the Complete Gel Color Collection are excluded from BF sale pricing.

 

Can I use two discount codes at the same time?

No. Only one code may be used at a time. The Black Friday discount code cannot be combined with any other discount codes, including Loyalty $-OFF coupons.

 

Can I spend my Loyalty Points during the Black Friday Sale?

Yes, you can still redeem loyalty points for free rewards during the sale! However, you cannot redeem Loyalty $-OFF coupons. 

 

Can I change or modify my order on BF?

Due to the extremely high volume of sales during our Black Friday event, no modifications can be made during the event. If you would like to add an item to your order, you will have to make another purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

No order can be modified, but if it has yet to be processed, your order may be canceled. Email info@luxapolish.com with your order number to request cancellation. However, if your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order during the BF event?

This holiday season, our team is working tirelessly to ensure that every order is accurate and shipped as quickly as possible. 

However, due to the high volume of orders, expect a 3 to 7-day processing window in addition to shipping times.

Please remember that all carriers, such as FedEx and the USPS, are overloaded this time of year. Orders processed from our warehouse may take 7-15 business days to arrive at your door. Overseas deliveries may take anywhere from 10-30 days.

I just ordered products the other day. Will you honor the BF sale price on those items?

No, orders placed before the sale will not be adjusted. It would not be fair to our customers who waited for the sale or those who waited for their items to be processed. You must place your order during the sale event to receive sale pricing.

 

Are you having a sale on Cyber Monday?

Our Black Friday sale extends through Cyber Monday. There will be no other sale on Cyber Monday.
