Now’s the perfect time to stock up. If you’re a verified professional, you’ll have access to Pro Bundles like 3-packs of Shine, Base, or Prime - and your Black Friday discount code will be applied to the discounted bundle price!

TIP #4: Quick Add to Cart from Wishlist

Prior to the sale starting (we recommend one hour) add each of your must-have items from your wishlist to your shopping cart by clicking Add to Cart!

Do I have to enter a discount code to get my BF discount?

YES. In order to receive the Black Friday sale pricing on your items, you must enter discount code LUXABF22 at checkout before submitting your order.

The BF sale will begin Wednesday, November 23rd at 6pm PST and will end on Monday, November 28th at 11:59pm PST. Please see the table below for start and end times in your time zone.

Is there Free Shipping?

Yes! Orders over $199 (before taxes and after discounts) will qualify for Free Shipping to all contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska only. For all other orders and orders below $199, shipping rates will be calculated based on weight and location. No expedited shipping is offered at this time. Due to extremely large order volumes and the start of the holiday season, please expect longer than normal shipping times. (Dust Collectors and Dual Lamps do not qualify for free shipping.)


What are customs duties and am I responsible for paying them?

These fees are taxes due on goods when transported across International borders. Each country has it’s own customs rules and guidelines. You, the buyer, are responsible for any applicable payment before shipment can be delivered.


Can I return or exchange items that I purchased during BF?

No. All items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are Final Sale. 


Does the Wishlist or Cart reserve my products?

No, there is no way to reserve products without placing an order. We recommend creating your Wishlist before the sale, and adding the products you’d like to purchase to your cart on Wednesday so that you’re ready to check out when the sale starts.


Are there Rain Checks for out of stock items on BF?

Rain Checks are not available for any sold out items in our store. Our most popular items will sell out fast so make sure to get your shopping done early. 


Is anything excluded from the sale?

Gift Cards and the Complete Collection are excluded from sale pricing. However Sets #1, #2, and #3 will be available for purchase during the event!


Can I use two discount codes at the same time?

No. Only one code may be used at a time. The Black Friday discount code cannot be combined with any other discount codes.


Can I spend my Loyalty Points during the Black Friday Sale?

Yes, you can still redeem loyalty points for free products during the sale, but you will not be able to stack reward codes on top of the Black Friday discount code.


Can I change or modify my order on BF?

Due to the extremely high volume of sales during our Black Friday event, no modifications can be made during the event. If you would like to add an item to your order you will have to make another purchase.

Please confirm that the following information is correct before you submit your order.

  • Shipping address
  • Items in your cart
  • Quantity of each item in your cart
  • Method of payment 


Can I cancel my order?

No order can be modified, but if it has not been processed yet, your order can be canceled. Email with your order number to request cancellation. However, if your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled.


How long will it take for me to receive my order during the BF event?

This holiday season our team is working tirelessly to make sure that every order is accurate and shipped as quickly as possible.

However, due to the high volume of orders, expect a 3 to 7 day processing window in addition to shipping times.

Please keep in mind that all carriers such as FedEx and the USPS are overloaded this time of year. Orders processed from our warehouse may take 7-15 business days to arrive at your door. Overseas deliveries may take anywhere from 10-30 days.

I just ordered products the other day. Will you honor the BF sale price on those items?

No, orders placed prior to the sale will not be adjusted. It would not be fair to our customers who waited for the sale or for those who waited for their items to be processed. You must place your order during the sale event to receive sale pricing.


Are you having a sale on Cyber Monday?

Our Black Friday sale extends through Cyber Monday. There will be no other sale on Cyber Monday.
