Do I have to enter a discount code to get my BF discount?

YES. In order to receive the Black Friday sale pricing on your items, you must enter your discount code before submitting your order. See the top of this page for the code you need to enter at checkout. If you have an account, be sure to log in to see what discount code you qualify for!

What are the days and time of the BF sale?

The BF sale will begin Wednesday, November 24th at 6pm PST and will end on Monday, November 29th at 11:59pm PST. Please see the table below for start and end times in your time zone.

Is there Free Shipping?

No. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location. No expedited shipping is offered at this time. Due to extremely large order volumes, please expect longer than normal shipping times.

Can I return or exchange items that I purchased during BF?

No. All items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are Final Sale only.

Does the Wishlist or Cart reserve my products?

No, there is no way to reserve products without placing an order. We recommend creating your Wishlist before the sale, and adding the products you’d like to purchase to your cart on Wednesday so that you’re ready to check out when the sale starts.

Are there Rain Checks for out of stock items on BF?

Rain Checks are not available for any sold out items in our store. Our most popular items will sell out fast so make sure to get your shopping done early.

*Is anything excluded from the sale?

The Entire Gel Collection, “Dust Collector Warranty + 8 Filter Pack”, and Gift Cards are excluded from the sale pricing.

Can I use two discount codes at the same time?

No. Only one code may be used at a time.

Can I spend my Loyalty Points during the Black Friday Sale?

Yes, you can still redeem loyalty points for free products during the sale! Just add the reward items to your cart like normal. Note that since you can only use one coupon code at checkout, you will not be able to stack a $ off code with a Black Friday code.

What if I earn a higher tier during the BF event?

You will have immediate access to the perks of the next tier, including the bigger BF discount for any additional orders!

Can I change or modify my order on BF?

Due to the extremely high volume of sales during the BF event, no modifications will be made during the event. If you would like to add an item to your order you will have to make another purchase.
Please confirm that the following information is correct before you submit your order.

  • Shipping address
  • Items in your cart
  • Quantity of each item in your cart
  • Method of payment
Can I cancel my order?

No order can be modified, but if it has not been processed yet, your order can be cancelled. Email info@luxapolish.com with your order number to request cancellation. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

How long will it take for me to receive my order during the BF event?

This holiday season our team is working tirelessly to make sure that every order is accurate and shipped as quickly as possible.

However, due to the high volume of orders, expect a 3 to 7 day processing window in addition to shipping times.

Please keep in mind that all carriers such as FedEx and the USPS are overloaded this time of year. Orders processed from our warehouse may take 7-15 business days to arrive at your door. Overseas deliveries may take anywhere from 10-30 days.

I just ordered products the other day. Will you honor the BF sale price on those items?

No; orders placed prior to the sale will not be adjusted. It would not be fair to our customers who waited for the sale or for those who waited for their items to be processed. You must place your order during the sale to receive sale pricing.

Are you having a sale on Cyber Monday?

Our Black Friday sale extends through Cyber Monday. There will be no other sale on Cyber Monday.
