Do I have to enter a discount code for to get my CM discount?
YES. In order to receive the CM sale price on your items you must enter the discount code at checkout. Enter the code LUXACM2020 at checkout. Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. Once again, please make sure to enter the code LUXACM2020 before submitting your order. 

Is there a minimum purchase amount to receive Free Shipping on my order?
On Cyber Monday Free Shipping is available for all US purchases over $25 after the CM discount (shipping and taxes not included) (Continental US Only, Hawaii and Alaska not included). After adding items to your cart and entering your discount code, the subtotal must be over $25 to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is only available for orders in the Continental US, not for International orders.

Can I return or exchange items that I purchased during the sale?
No. All items purchased during our Cyber Monday Sale are Final Sale only. 

Are there Rain Checks for out of stock items on CM?
Rain Checks are not available for any sold out items in our store. Our most popular items will sell out early so make sure to get your shopping done early.

Is anything excluded from the sale?
The coupon code does not apply to the “Dust Collector Warranty + 8 Filter Pack” or Gift Cards.

Can I use two discount codes at the same time?
No. Only one code may be used at a time.

Can I change or modify my order placed during the CM sale?
Due to the extremely high volume of sales during the CM event, no modifications will be made during the event. If you would like to add an item to your order you will have to make another purchase.
Please confirm that the following information is correct before you submit your order.

  • Items in your cart
  • Quantity of each item in your cart
  • Method of payment

Can I cancel my order?
No order can be modified, but if it has not been processed yet, your order can be cancelled. Email info@luxapolish.com with your order number to request cancellation. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

How long will it take for me to receive my order during the CM event?
This holiday season our team is working tirelessly to make sure that every order is accurate and shipped as quickly as possible.

However, due to the high volume of orders, expect a 2 to 5 day processing window in addition to shipping times.

Please keep in mind that all carriers such as FedEx and the USPS are overloaded this time of year. Orders processed from our warehouse will take 5-10 business days to arrive at your door. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days.

I just ordered products the other day. Will you honor the CM sale price on those items?
No; orders placed prior to the sale will not be adjusted. It would not be fair to our customers who waited for the sale or for those who waited for their items to be processed. You must place your order during the sale to receive sale pricing.
